Executive Director

As the founder of AblED Advocates, Giovanni’s mission is to provide equal access and informed guidance to immigrant families navigating the complex framework of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and their child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).

M. Simon, Esq.

Board member

Mr. Simon adds depth to the organization through his network and experience with nonprofit organizations.

G. Galvin

Board Member

Ms. Galvin is a Texas State Certified teacher in the area of Special Education. Her passion for students with special needs carries over into our mission.

J. Vives, Ph.D., Ed.D

Board Member

As an ICF-certified executive coach, Dr. Vives partners with leaders to deepen self-awareness, expand critical thinking, enhance communication, and generate forward-focused strategies aligned with their highest professional and organizational goals. He brings a powerful combination of dual-doctorate academic rigor and deep field experience to every corporate partnership.
